dinner with mom at pat o'brien's in downtown universal, orlando.

apparently it is an exact replica of the pat's in new orleans. 

it was beautiful. 

new orleans is my dream city. i've never been but there isn't anything i 

wouldn't do to be there now... or at any moment of any day. 

i'll get there eventually. 

farewell disneyworld

& the rain, rain, rain came down, down, down

it rained for the 11 hours mom and i were in disney world. we still had a blast.

 p.s. look how uncrowded it was!

mom and i were extremely impressed with seaworld's christmas decorations and thrilled that they kept them up just one more week! loved ya, seaworld.

the flamingos of seaworld in orlando, fl

i don't have time this evening to post all of my pictures from my visit

to seaworld today but i wanted to share my pictures of my mom's 

favorite animal: the flamingo! the darker pink flamingos are caribean flamingos and 

the lighter ones are chilean. 

mom had us rent one of those precious paddle boats and it was quite relaxing. 

p.s. anyone else think of alice in wonderland and playing croquet when they  

see flamingos?
